| 2 | How are the articles presented? How many reviewers are deciding about the article? How long at most does it take for receiving the notification of acceptance? | Each article will be sent to two reviewers related to the topic of your article. If one reviewer accepts and the other rejects your article, it will be sent to the third reviewer. Each article to be presented in the conference should be accepted by two reviewers. The accepted articles are to be presented orally or as a poster. The decision-making time for each article is al last five working days. The reviewer will announce the results. If an article needs revision or gets rejected, the author will be informed of the revision needed or the rejection reasons. |
| 3 | Is there a difference between oral or poster presentation’s certificate? | There is no difference between oral and poster presentation’s certificate. The oral presenters are to prepare a PowerPoint file for the article which is orally presented for 20 minutes. They are to answer the referees and the audience’s questions. Poster presenters must download the poster making manual from the website. |
| 4 | My article is accepted as a poster presentation; what should I do? | All poster presenters shall download the poster-making manual from the website of the conference in bottom right-hand side of the home page from the quick links; then make their posters. The poster presenters shall print their posters and bring them to the conference. |
| 5 | Are we supposed to print the posters? Colorful or black and white? In what size? | Yes, in order to print the poster, follow the poster-making guidelines. |
| 6 | Is it possible to register on-line? What’s the difference between certificates of physical and virtual presentations? Is the word virtual presentation mentioned in the certificates? | You can have an on-line registration. If it is impossible for a participant to have a physical presentation, the secretory of the conference will have taken measures to make his/her virtual presentation possible. There is no difference between the certificates of physical and virtual presentations. The word virtual presentation is not mentioned in the certificates. All the papers regardless of the presentation method are in the conference proceedings. |
| 7 | Are the participants supposed to pay the fees at the time of submitting their papers? When is the deadline for paying registration fees? | No. there is no need to pay any fees when submitting a paper. The participants whose papers are accepted are to pay the registration fees. The deadline for paying the fees is within 10 days of the paper being accepted. It is advised that make your registration as soon as possible. |
| 8 | How and where are the articles indexed? | The full text of the articles are available in the conference proceedings’ e-book. |
| 9 | Are the full-text or abstract of articles in the conference proceedings? | Since the only published abstracts do not receive any research points, the secretory of the conference has decided to publish the full-text of any article approve by the scientific committee. It is done after receiving ISBN and CIP as well as a permit from Department of Islamic Guidance. |
| 10 | Is there a refund policy after registration, accepting the article and paying the registration fees? | No. It is advised that before paying the registration fees, the corresponding author inform all the other authors since there is no refund policy. The corresponding author cannot object to this decision. Therefore, be careful about it. |
